We have worked hard to create the look and feel that we want in our regions.  For this reason, we do not allow residents to "buy land".  We have pre-selected homes and provided basic landscaping for our plots.

We reserve the right to ask you to remove any items on the outside of your home that do not fit the theme/look of our community.

The land plots (not the plots on water) are set up on a rezzer system and you have several houses you may choose from on your plot.  Touch the base of the mailbox for a menu.  Once you have selected your home and paid the rental box, the mayor (Jet Lannock) will be by shortly to set the rezzer to "owner only" so that others cannot change your home while you are living in it.  If the mayor has not made this change within 48 hours, please contact him to do so.  If he is unavailable, contact the town manager Violet Bearsfoot.

You MAY:

Request more land impact at the rate of 2L per prim as long as we have not hit a prim cap of purchased prims in the region. 

 

Request to have the rezzer activated to choose a different home in the rezzer at any time.

 

Request to have a grass removed if it is interfering with something you wish place in your yard.

​

Request to have any landscaping adjusted if you discover it pokes through the walls of your home or causes a barrier.

You may NOT:

Replace the homes with a home of your choosing unless it is pre-approved by Jet Lannock.  This is in order to maintain the look and feel we want for our community.  However,  if a home is approved, the rezzed home then becomes part of your land impact.  If there are homes you would like to see added to our rez systems in the future, please let use know.  We do hope to add to our options as time goes on.

Change the music on your parcel.  If you don't like the music, we suggest turning it off and playing music from a different source on your computer or in your rl.  We have chosen not to allow music urls to be changed because the popups are distracting/annoying as people move from place to place on our regions.

Terraform - This includes the addition of in ground pools.  We cannot continually terraform to add and remove in ground pools. You are permitted an above ground pool.

Please remember we are a moderate sim.  Please do not place X rated photos in your homes.

Other things to know:

The renter (the person whose name appears on the rental box) is able to request at any time to have any subtenant items removed from their property.  Lannock County Management will not take sides in personal disputes between two parties unless our rules are broken.  If you are a subtenant, please be aware that we are not responsible for the loss of "no copy" items in the case that the tenant has requested the immediate removal of your items from their rental.
